– situé à 5 minutes à pied du métro Fabre et si comme moi tu n’as pas d’auto et que tu n’aimes pas prendre le bus , tu sais à quel point c’est pratique! (il y en a quand même 4 qui passent très près )

-Marché Jean-Talon est à 7 minutes de vélo aussi plusieurs petites épiceries variées, petits parcs et trucs utiles à proximité.
Au 1er étage, avec un petit locker sur balcon, entièrement meublé (divans confo pleins de coussins , télé, les électros, etc) sauf ta chambre où tu as assez d’espace pour au moins 3 meubles et un grand lit, elle a une bonne lumière et un placard. Le salon est grand et cozy avec grande fenêtre et il est séparé de la cuisine par un couloir.
Il y aura 2 bons vieux chats attachants ici avec nous, dégriffés et qui ne sortent pas; n’ont jamais rien brisé et je fais attention aux odeurs .

À propos de moi , suis une passionnée de musique, m’implique dans les festivals quand je peux, de culture en général, aime apprendre (entre autre sur l’alimentation, le naturel, jardinage urbain, photographie, méditation, droits humains ) adore les parcs et touts activités de parc, vélo, le babyfoot (!) , danser, etc; sens de l’humour et sociable arrive bien à avoir un côté à moi et avoir mon indépendance aussi bien que j’ai dévellopé de belles relations avec mes anciennes colloc, et de belles discussions, sorties possibles bien sûr mais pas un pré-requis les gens me dise aussi très compréhensive .
Recherche une collocation simple et harmonieuse avec une personne ouverte d’esprit en général, avec une énergie positive!

Calculer 75$ par mois pour les autres frais d’hydro + internet illimité: donc budget de 500$ mensuel en tout

Bref si c’est une place qui te parle et que tu es prête à signer un bail d’un an parle-moi un peu de toi avant pour voir si on organise une visite et rencontre !
Aimer la musique et un peu les chats un + !

P.s: Si je suis autant à la dernière minute c’est qu’il y a malheureusement eu un désistement au dernier moment pour raisons compréhensives .!
